Visa guidance

To request a visa letter, you will first need to register for the event. You will then need your registration ID which would have been sent to you on the confirmation email upon registration.

Please note: Intermodal Events does not provide visas, and that you must apply through the relevant embassy.

Attendees must cover their travel costs to China and Shanghai.

Please note: China offers 30-day visa-free travel to multiple countries, including UK, Canada, Brunei, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Norway, Slovakia, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Russia, and Sweden.
